Choose from written affirmations such as “I am valuable”, “You are loved” and “One thing at a time”, as well as small symbols that can carry the same message. You can choose to wear an affirmation in words, or give a symbol its own special meaning.

1. Cut out the design and remove the protective film.
2. Place the tattoo on clean, dry skin, wet the back with water and press gently for around 20–30 seconds.
3. Then remove the paper and allow the design to dry.
The tattoos usually last for several days. How long they stay on depends on where they are placed and how much the skin is exposed to water, soap and friction.
To remove them earlier, use a little baby oil, cooking oil or mild soap.
